From early-stage concept to fully detailed 2D drawings and 3D CAD model, we can turn your idea into reality. We start with the creation of 3D CAD models, providing our customers with detailed and toleranced control drawings.
We will guide and help you make all the necessary decisions, prior to starting the manufacture of tooling. If you have a large project requiring various tools, we will formally project manage your needs to ensure nothing is missed. At W&S Plastics, we ensure everything happens according to the plan to ensure stages are kept on track and ahead of deadlines.
We take our responsibility to ensure all tools are manufactured to the highest standards and operate correctly, very seriously. Once the tool is finished, we tailor a validation process to suit your needs. From a quick check of a few dimensions and fit of mating components to providing specification conformance reports, capability analysis and mechanical testing – we are fully equipped to handle projects of any size and scope.
Accuracy is so important. We don’t tinker with process settings to get a dimension close; we use scientific molding studies and principles to determine accurate and repeatable processing parameters and adjust the mold tool size to get part dimensions to nominal.
We print, weld, assemble, test and package your finished product or molded components. We source component parts from all over the world for assembly with the components that we mold.
