Tooling Sourcing & NPI Governance

We coordinate tool fabrication with long‑term partners in China and Malaysia, supervise trials, and re‑verify tools locally under production conditions—providing structured, transparent progress from CAD to validated production.

  • Design for Manufacture (DFM) review and optimisation before cutting steel.
  • On‑site testing/inspection during T0/T1, followed by local retest to confirm performance.

Real‑Time Production Visibility & Data

Our Engel machines connect via e‑factory MES to make scheduling, SQC, and process data available in real time to the people who need it—supporting proactive decisions and transparent communication during ramp and steady‑state production.

Inventory, Warehousing & Distribution

We design material flow around best practice:

  • Separated raw‑material and finished‑goods warehouses in Sydney for clean flow; flow‑through racking supports FIFO.
  • Malaysia warehouse planned for uninterrupted movement from raw materials to dispatch.
  • PRONTO Xi 740 ERP for batch control, receiving inspection, C of C capture, FIFO allocation, and full traceability from finished‑goods labels back to machines, processes, materials and batch numbers.
  • Expansion at Moorebank added ~600 pallet spaces, improving production‑to‑dispatch flow and enabling more stock‑holding when customers need buffer inventory.
