Injection Moulding Die Setter

Day shift and Afternoon shift available

Reports to:

Moulding Technician

What You’ll Do:

  • Install and remove moulds and set up work areas for production, including robot attachments.
  • Perform insert changes
  • Conduct production start-ups and prepare First-Off submissions for Quality Control (QC).
  • Collaborate with material handlers and tool makers to ensure materials, inserts, and mould maintenance are ready in advance of production changes
  • Work closely with Quality Control to address any issues/deviations in quality
  • Troubleshoot moulding faults

Essential Criteria:

  • Trade qualified Die Setter (Certificate IV in Polymer Processing) or proven experience in die setting
  • Ability to conduct production changeovers within expected timeframes and with accuracy
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to completing documentation
  • A proactive attitude towards workplace safety and housekeeping standards
  • Ability to read and interpret production plans and prioritize tasks accordingly
  • Willingness to work closely with multiple teams (QC, Tool Makers, Shift Supervisors, etc.)
  • A scientific and continuous improvement mindset towards moulding processes
  • Willingness to develop skills and build familiarity with machines and moulds over time

Maintenance Electrician

Reports to:

Maintenance Manager

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform electrical maintenance, fault‑finding, and repairs on injection moulding machines, auxiliary equipment, and factory infrastructure
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical issues to minimise downtime and ensure safe, reliable operations
  • Conduct preventive maintenance
  • Install, commission, and upgrade electrical systems and equipment as required
  • Contribute to a safe and complaint working environment

Essential Criteria:

  • Electrical Trade Qualification (mandatory)
  • Current NSW Electrical Licence
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong knowledge of PLCs, automation, sensors, and control systems
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation
  • Troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem‑solving
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Factory Hand / Material Hand

Reports to:

Raw Material Manager

What You’ll Do:

  • Supply machines with correct materials in line with production schedule
  • Set up and manage dryers, hoppers, and material lines across multiple machines
  • Monitor and control drying times, temperatures, and material readiness
  • Weigh, mix, and prepare materials
  • Maintain accurate material labelling and traceability at all times
  • Ensure correct material is used for each job
  • Manage material inventory at machine level (day bins, dryers, mobile dryers)
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping in material and drying areas
  • Support continuous improvement in material flow and efficiency
  • Transport raw materials and finished stock between storage areas and production lines

Essential Criteria:

  • Experience in plastic injection moulding environment (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strong communication skills, including reading and writing
  • Forklift licence
  • Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.
  • Understanding of material types (e.g. PP, ABS, Nylon, PC, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple machines and priorities simultaneously
  • High attention to detail especially with material identification and labelling
