Nurul Syuhada Ahmad Tajodin is responsible as an HR Executive based in our Johor, Malaysia plant.
She has been a HR practitioner since 2010 covering various sectors such as manufacturing, educational and services. At her age of 25 years old, she held the position of Head of Human Resource and Administration Department while she was with her previous employer. During the span of her career, she has covered most of HR spectrum including training & development, payroll, recruitment, employee relations and welfare. Apart from Human Resource, she has also developed expertise in GST and Custom matters benefiting from her past employment.
She holds a Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Development from University Technology Malaysia (UTM), Skudai, Johor, Malaysia and Diploma in Business Studies from University Technology MARA (UiTM), Segamat, Johor, Malaysia.
She is someone who have a good interpersonal skills, approachable, firm and able to communicate with all levels.
