Chacko is General Manager of W&S Plastics in Malaysia.
After obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Chacko went on to get his Masters in Management Accounting from Virginia Polytechnic and State University (Virginia Tech) in Blacksburg, Virginia, USA. He also obtained a Professional Cost Accounting Certificate from the Indian Institute of Cost and Works Accountants.
Chacko spent the first 10 years of his professional career managing finance and human resource departments of large multinational manufacturing companies in the US, Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam. When the CEO of Beyonics Ltd, a Singapore listed manufacturing company with operations in the S.E. Asia region, offered Chacko the opportunity to head their Indonesian manufacturing operations in Jakarta, Chacko grabbed it and has never looked back.
He transformed the Beyonics Jakarta operations from a mere plastic part supplier to an OEM and Tier One vendor of Epson Indonesia, manufacturing and assembling over two hundred thousand SIDM printers for Epson monthly. After 9 years in Jakarta, he moved to Malaysia where he headed the Johor operations of Flextronics, a US based Fortune 500 company that provides Electronic Manufacturing Services to many industry giants like HP, Dell, Apple etc. The Flextronics Johor operation was engaged in plastic injection molding, spray painting and the complete assembly of Dyson vacuum cleaners. During his 4 years at Flextronics he improved the daily vacuum cleaner build output from 3000 to 12000.
