Maridel (Madel) joined W&S in 1995 and has been a significant influence in it’s growth and development.
Working in many departments she has been Quality Control Manager of our Sydney plant since 2013 and is responsible for monitoring the quality of all production.
She and her team ensure that the products that are manufactured meet the stringent requirements of their specifications through measurements taken using MicroVu, CMM, Instron, Air Flow testing and manual measuring equipment.
Maridel’s experience at W&S provides her with an intimate knowledge of the business, our customer’s requirements and the capabilities of our people and equipment make her a truly valuable asset to W&S.
